I reserve the right to decline any commission.
Commissions are for personal use only. Please contact me via email [[email protected]] for commercial commissions as they will incur additional fees.
I may post commissioned work on my socials and add to my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
I do not accept commissions asking me to copy/mimic another art style.
In the event of a canceled commission, you may NOT use any progress images I have sent.
All parties must not disclose each other's information to any third parties without consent.
If the client posts the commissioned work on any social media they are required to credit me, the artist.
DO NOT put my artwork into an A/I engine or use for A/I training.
DO NOT edit my artwork (light use of editor filters is fine).

Process

The client must provide clear visual references.
All necessary information should be provided in the reference(s) and corrected during the sketch phase.
Commissions once started may take 3 weeks or more depending on complexity- not including revision time (The client will be notified if an extension is needed).
Once I have accepted a commission, whether or not the client has paid for it, the actual start date of the commission may vary. (I may be able to provide an approximate time estimate upon request)
I will share visual progress updates at the thumbnail sketch phase, (flat color sketch if necessary) and rough sketch/shading phase for the client to review and approve before proceeding to finish the commission.
Additional progress updates may be requested at any time but are not guaranteed.
After the commission is completed I will allow up to 3 minor revisions free of charge. Additional revisions will incur a fee and must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
Once the commission has been completed and approved I will email the client the full res .png file + .jpeg file (including small watermark).

Payment

Payment is through Paypal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A 50% deposit (NON REFUNDABLE) must be made before I start the commission. Once the rough sketch/shading has been approved, the remaing balance must be paid before I proceed to finish the commission.
In the rare event that I am unable to complete the client's commission, I can give a partial refund depending on how much progress I have made (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
A full refund may not be given unless the commission has not been started.
Please note that the price listings are the base price. The base price does not include transaction fees and may increase depending on detail and complexity of the commissioned piece.
Rude or inappropriate behavior will result in me canceling the commission, at which point the client will be refunded 50% of the total payment.

By commissioning me you agree to the terms listed above.
